National project granted

We’ve been granted a national project of the Knowledge Generation Call 2021 for the development of Reproducible and Replicable Data Science Processes.

Last October we received the news that the Ministry of Science and Innovation had approved our project proposal entitled “Model-Driven Engineering for Data Science Projects “, led by José M. Conejero. Thanks to this, we will be able to investigate new techniques to improve the reproducibility and replicability of data science projects through the application of concepts related to Model-Driven Software Development. Also, through the application of these techniques, it will be possible to face some of the current challenges of this type of projects, such as fairness or data provenance. With all this, this project will help to alleviate the problem known as the reproducibility crisis, which started in the branches of medicine and psychology.
